Job Openings
Three positions:
  1. Motor Design Engineer.
  2. Controls System Engineer.
  3. Design Engineer.

Location: Upper Midwest.

Requirements: Strong understanding of electromagnetic principles used in electric motor design. Minimum 3 years hands-on experience designing brushless AC, DC, single and 3-phase motors.

Responsibilities include:

  • Work with outside parties - vendors, technology partners - developing new motors and motor technologies.
  • Work with engineers within the company (such as electronic motor drives engineers) to develop variable frequency drives and advanced motor controls (various modulation schemes/algorithms).
  • Keeping the company's reputation for excellent products in mind, drive projects that result in high quality products at low costs in other words GOOD VALUE!

Education: Minimum MSEE degree; Prefer PhD (may consider other degrees depending on experience).
